Samu holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Madras Christian College.

Mr. Binu Zachariah is a seasoned development strategist with nearly three decades of impactful experience across microfinance, entrepreneurship development, project management, and institutional strengthening. A gold medallist from the prestigious Xavier Institute of Social Services, he brings together a strong academic grounding in science and human resource management with keen analytical insight and a people-centric leadership style. His career spans grassroots implementation, academic mentoring, and senior leadership roles, reflecting both depth and diversity of expertise. Over the years, he has successfully led transformative initiatives in financial inclusion, organizational development, and sustainable business practices. Currently serving as Vice President, he continues to design and drive inclusive strategies that empower communities, enhance operational excellence, and create enduring social and economic value through value-driven leadership, innovation, and collaborative partnerships.

With over 20 years of rich experience in the Microfinance Industry (MFI), he brings a deep understanding of financial inclusion and grassroots-level impact. His journey includes leadership roles in financial institutions where he had contributed to organizational growth, team development, and client outreach initiatives. His foundation in academics and teaching adds a unique perspective to his approach—emphasizing learning, mentorship, and thoughtful leadership. Mr. Jose Anto K, a seasoned banking professional with more than 36 years of experience in general banking, joined the Company as Assistant Vice President (Head - HR) in April 2024. Prior to joining us, he served the South Indian Bank Limited in various positions. His core experience extends to different functions, including HR, Corporate Services, Branch Banking and Credit Administration.

Mr. Jackson Antony is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of diverse experience spanning Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Accounts. Since joining Lahanti Last Mile Services (LLMS) in April 2025, he has been instrumental in strengthening HR frameworks, streamlining processes, and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. Prior to LLMS, he held key roles in reputed organizations across the financial services, banking, logistics, and automotive sectors, contributing to organizational growth through strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee development, and compliance. He holds a Ph.D. and MBA in Human Resources, an M. Com degree, and certifications as a CPHR and Lean Six Sigma AI Yellow Belt, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Mr. Jayakrishnan M.V. holds an M. Com and an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management, with over a decade of experience in microfinance operations, branch administration, and audit functions. He has progressed through increasingly responsible roles, demonstrating strong expertise in financial services, audit management, and team leadership. His career reflects a consistent commitment to professional growth, spanning grassroots operations to managing branches and leading audit teams across multiple regions. As Head of the Business Planning and Development Department at LLMS, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring process compliance, supporting product development, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Mr. Roshan Sam C. Abraham is a seasoned administrative professional with over 17 years of extensive experience spanning operations, institutional management, project planning, recruitment, procurement, and infrastructure development. Recognized for his clarity, reliability, and results-driven approach, he has consistently strengthened organizational systems and enhanced operational efficiency. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. His career includes significant contributions across diverse educational and administrative institutions, where he has led teams and built robust administrative frameworks. Currently serving as Chief Manager – Administration at LLMS, he demonstrates strong leadership, operational discipline, and a steadfast commitment to driving organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth.

Mr. Vipin M. is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience across the hospitality, retail, and service sectors. Beginning his career as an Audit Trainee, he developed strong expertise in auditing, compliance, and financial controls, later advancing into senior leadership roles in finance. As Chief Manager – Finance & Accounts at LLMS, he is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, profitability analysis, statutory compliance, treasury and cash-flow management, internal controls, and board-level financial reporting. He also leads and mentors the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Mr. Vipin holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and is currently pursuing CMA certification, reinforcing his capabilities in strategic financial management and long-term fiscal sustainability.

Ms. Jiji T. M. is an accomplished learning and development professional with a strong academic foundation in Mathematics, holding B.Sc., M.Sc., and B.Ed. degrees. With extensive experience in education, training, and capacity building, she is adept at simplifying complex concepts, mentoring learners, and creating engaging, learner-centric environments. She began her career as a Higher Secondary Mathematics Teacher, contributing to curriculum enhancement, academic planning, and teacher development. Currently, she leads the Learning and Development function, designing impactful training strategies and learning modules. Through a strong focus on capability building and continuous learning, she strengthens workforce effectiveness and supports long-term organizational growth.

Arundas P. is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in business operations, quality governance, and portfolio risk management across leading BFSI and Microfinance institutions. He oversees quality control, compliance, risk monitoring, and field validations while strengthening process discipline and operational integrity. Previously, he led business planning, budgeting, MIS, SOP governance, and incentive/recovery model design. With an MBA in HR and multiple professional certifications, Arundas brings strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities that drive organisational excellence and portfolio stability.
